New Enhancements Are Coming!

We are excited to announce we’ll be providing a

NEW and IMPROVED look in the near future. 

These upgrades will begin on Wednesday, August 13, 2025 and continue through Tuesday, August 19, 2025.

To our valued customers..

I am very excited to announce that State Bank & Trust Company will be upgrading our core technology. This upgrade will provide you with new tools and functionality aimed at giving you everything needed to experience an exceptional banking relationship. It also provides our staff the benefit of increased operational efficiencies, which should further increase your satisfaction. We are confident that you will have easier, more user-friendly access to your account information.

 

Our upgrade will occur Wednesday, August 13, 2025 through Wednesday, August 20, 2025. While this will mostly be happening behind the scenes, there will be times where it will affect some of the services you may use. We have developed the enclosed brochure to inform you on what will be affected and when, so that you will be prepared.

This upgrade will improve our services, increase efficiency, and accommodate growth. The new core system will allow us to provide you with more capabilities, offerings, and enhance your experience while still serving Cajun Banking Just the Way You Like It. Thank you in advance for your patience as we put the finishing touches on our new and improved banking solutions.

 

We are looking forward to these new changes and are excited about sharing the new features with you. If you have any questions, we encourage you to contact us at any location. We are available Monday through Friday 9 am-5 pm CST. We welcome you to visit any of our branches as our staff has been trained and are happy to answer any questions you may have.

What is a Core Upgrade?

Our core processing system, also known as a core system, is the software that manages our major banking functions.

The upgrade will include:

  • New Mobile Banking App

  • New and Improved Online Banking

  • New and Improved Bill Pay

  • New Debit Card Technology

  • And Much More!

Online Banking

  • Online Banking will be unavailable beginning at 7 pm CST Thursday, August 14, 2025.

  • Effective Tuesday, August 19, 2025 you will login using your existing User ID, as this will not change.

  • Step-by-step instructions can be found in the Informational Brochure linked below.

  • Please note: After the upgrade to our new Online Banking, you will no longer be able to see transaction history prior to Thursday, August 14, 2025. We strongly encourage you to save all documents prior to that date.

  • Our Electronic Statements (eStatements) are being upgraded as well. eStatements prior to Thursday, August 14, 2025 will not be accessible through Online Banking. The bank will be preserving 24 months of your eStatements for your benefit; however, they will not be available for approximately 60 days after the upgrade.

Bill Pay 

  • Bill Pay will no longer be accessible beginning Friday, August 8, 2025 at 1 am CST.

  • Bill Pay users and information, including payees and scheduled payments, will not convert.

Debit Cards

  • You will be getting a new debit card with EMV chip and contactless technology. Your new card will be mailed to you beginning the week of July 23rd.

  • Activation instructions will be enclosed with your new card. You can activate your new card on or after Thursday, August 14, 2025.

  • Please continue using your existing debit card until this time. Your old card will be inactive after this date. Please dispose of it appropriately and begin using your new card.
