Important Notice for Online Banking Customers
We are continuing to make improvements to our Online Banking Services. Currently, as an Online Banking customer, you can set up “alerts” or “notifications” for many different transactions and events that pertain to your account(s) at State Bank. On Monday June 3, 2019, we will be upgrading the functionality of these alerts and notifications. These enhancements will provide you, our valued customers, with a better online experience by providing you with better customizable tools to stay on top of activity in your account(s). There is no action required by you. Your existing Access ID and Password are not changing. Once you log in, you will be asked to agree to the updated Online Banking Terms and Conditions. Once you’ve agreed to the updated terms and conditions, you will have access to your Online Banking account(s). Once you’re in, look for the Alerts menu on the right and start customizing your desired notifications. If you have any questions or problems, please call our Customer Service Department at 985-475-5826. They will be happy to assist you.
During the upgrade, our website should not experience any downtime. This upgrade will not affect our Mobile Banking App.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT OPENING A
LEGAL ENTITY ACCOUNT
Effective May 11,2018
Section 326 of the USA Patriot Act requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account for a covered Legal Entity. New Rules under the Bank Secrecy Act will aid the government in the fight against crimes to evade financial measures designed to combat terrorism and other national security threats.
Each time an account is opened for a covered Legal Entity, we are required to ask you for identifying information (name, address, date of birth, social security number and identification documents) for:
- Each individual that has beneficial ownership (25% or more) in the Legal Entity; and
- One individual that has significant managerial responsibility for the Legal Entity.

Online Banking Mobile App Update
An update for our Mobile App is ready for download. Go to your App store to download the newest version of our SBT Cajun Banking Mobile App. The updated app has new features including an instant balance option and is redesigned with more menu options. Also there is a tutorial that will show some of the features.
