¬†Attention ATM and Debit Card Holders:¬†
We are switching our ATM and Debit Card processor effective Monday,¬† January 27, 2014.¬† Due to this change, we must issue you a new PIN.¬† Your current PIN will work through Sunday, January 26, 2014.¬† A new PIN was mailed to you on January 15, 2014.¬† You will have the option of re-pinning your card on or after January 27th.¬† In the event you cannot make it in to one of our branches during business hours, you will have the option of changing your PIN at any State Bank ATM location.¬† You must have the new PIN we mailed to you in order to make that change at the ATM.¬† Please keep in mind that your card will work without your PIN by selecting ‚Äúcredit‚ÄĚ and signing for the transaction.¬† If you have any questions, please call any one of our branches.¬† We will be happy to assist you.¬† We would also like to take this opportunity to thank you for your business and we look forward to serving your banking needs.
NOTICE OF EXPIRATION OF THE TEMPORARY FULL FDIC INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR NONINTEREST-BEARING TRANSACTION ACCOUNTS
By operation of federal law, beginning January 1, 2013, funds deposited in a noninterest-bearing transaction account (including an Interest on Lawyer Trust Account) no longer will receive unlimited deposit insurance coverage by the Federal Deposit Insurance¬†Corporation (FDIC). Beginning January 1, 2013, all of a depositor’s accounts at an insured depository institution, including all noninterest-bearing transaction accounts, will be insured by the FDIC up to the standard maximum deposit insurance amount ($250,000), for each deposit insurance ownership category.

Telephone Banking Notice
N-Touch, State Bank & Trust Company‚Äôs 24 Hour Telephone Banking service has been upgraded with a new system to better serve our valued customers.¬† You must now dial our toll free number 1-866-826-8100 to access the service.¬† The old 985-475-8100 local number has been disconnected.
When calling the new system you will be asked for your ‚Äúaccess number‚ÄĚ which is your primary checking account number and your PIN (Personal Identification Number) which will initially be the last 4 digits of the primary account holder‚Äôs Social Security Number.¬† When you first access the new system you will be required to change your PIN to a new number.
