Albert Cheramie, Chairman of the
Board
Mr. Cheramie, a native and resident of Golden Meadow, is a pioneer in the offshore oil service industry as an owner and operator of offshore vessels since 1955. Mr. Cheramie is the President and co-owner of C & G Marine Service, Inc. and A & A Boats, Inc. He is also President and owner of C & G Offshore, Inc. and Treasurer and co-owner of MNM Boats, Inc. and C & G Boats, Inc. Mr. Cheramie is a member of Safari Club International, a thirty-five thousand member
worldwide hunting, conservation and wildlife education organization. He served as the organization’s President from 1986 to 1988 and is currently on its Board of Directors. Mr. Cheramie was inducted in
S.C.I. Hunting Hall of Fame in 1996 and proclaimed Outstanding Sportsman of the State of Louisiana in 1996 by Governor Mike J. Foster, Jr. Mr. Cheramie served on the Board of the Lafourche Parish Water District #1 from 1965 to 1986 having served the district as President.
James Cantrelle
Mr. Cantrelle is a native of Cut Off and resides in Mathews, LA. He is semi-retired from careers in real estate and as a general contractor.
Mr. Cantrelle is also a former school teacher. Mr. Cantrelle is owner of Cantrelle Heating, A/C, Electrical and Plumbing, Inc., Cypress Court Management Company and Littlejohn Financial Resources, Inc. Mr. Cantrelle is a graduate of Nicholls State University having earned a B.A. and has also earned 21 hours credit toward a Master’s Degree. His civic involvement includes membership in the Thibodaux Chamber of Commerce, The Chamber of Lafourche & the Bayou Region, Knights of Columbus Council 8840 Raceland, Raceland American Legion, Louisiana Landowner’s Association, Charter Member of Raceland Jaycees (1963-65). Mr. Cantrelle is a former member and past President of the Lockport Rotary Club, former member of Lockport and Upper Larose Volunteer Fire Departments, founder and past President of
LaBonne Terre Apartment Association in Houma, LA, former member and Board Member of Louisiana Premium Finance Association in Alexandria, LA, former member of Lockport Carnival Club, former member of the Louisiana Oyster Festival Association and an inactive member of Sugarland Country Club in Raceland, LA. Mr. Cantrelle was a member of the State Textbook Selection Committee for Elementary Education in 1976.

Huey J. Cheramie
Mr. Cheramie is the President and CEO of Huey L. Cheramie, Inc., an offshore towing company, and its affiliate inshore and offshore tugboat companies Inland Marine Management Corporation, Huey J. Cheramie Marine, Inc., Inshore Marine, Inc. and Hue Boat Company, Inc. Mr. Cheramie is also a partner and owner in the firm of CG Investment Company. Mr. Cheramie has been very active in the community and industry. He is a past member of the Board of Commissioners of the Louisiana State Maritime Commission – Department of Economic Development as well as the Board of Commissioners of the Leonard J. Chabert Medical Center from 1993 to 1996. Mr. Cheramie served on the Board of Commissioners of the South Lafourche Levee District from 1980 to 1992 and served as Vice-President and Chairman of the Executive Committee. He also previously served as a Board of Commissioner for the Special Education District #1 of Lafourche Parish from 1982 to 1990 and was the District’s President and Chairman of the Board from 1988 to 1990. Mr. Cheramie was a member of the Board of Directors of the Lafourche Parish School Board Advisory Council on Special Education from 1988 to 1990 and a Board Member of the South Lafourche Chamber of Commerce from 1979 to 1981. He is a charter member of the United States Propeller Club Port of Lafourche. Mr. Cheramie is a native of Galliano, LA.
Eldon Frazier
Mr. Frazier is retired after 39 years in the marine transportation business. He was the owner/operator of Frazier Towing, Inc., Frazier Transport, Inc., Frazier Tugs, Inc., Greg Towing, Inc., C&F Inland Marine and B&F Inland Marine. Mr. Frazier has held a Merchant Marine License for the past 40 years. Mr. Frazier is a resident of Cut Off, LA and is a native of Des Allemands.
Mr. Frazier is now on the staff of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Cut Off, LA as Permanent Deacon. He is also a Board Member of Catholic Social Services and a Board Member of the Assisi Bridge House.

Steve J. Lefort,

Steve is a native of Golden Meadow, LA and a graduate of South Lafourche High School in 1977. He furthered his education at Louisiana State University. After joining the bank in 1978, beginning as a teller at the Leeville Office, he continued his education in banking having earned a General Banking Diploma from the American Institute of Banking. Steve is also a graduate of the Louisiana Bankers Association School of Banking and the Graduate School of Banking of the South at Louisiana State University.
Steve is a member of Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church. He is a past member of the Church Pastoral Council, Church Treasurer and Finance Committee Chairman. He is also a past member and director of the Golden Meadow Rotary Club. Steve is currently a member of Knights of Columbus Council 9000, which he formerly served as Deputy Grand Knight and Youth Director. He is a charter member of the South Lafourche Kiwanis Club and serves as a director.
Steve is a member of Tidelands Golf
& Country Club, having previously served on its board
of directors and finance chairman.
Walter H. Maples, Sr.
Mr. Maples is the owner and operator of Walter H. Maples, Inc. d/b/a as Sureway Supermarket and Hardware store in Grand Isle, LA. His other business interests include Maples Properties, LLC and Grand Isle Hardware, Inc. He is a native of Edgerly, La and resides in Grand Isle. Mr. Maples is a Board Member of the LA 1 Coalition.

Charles J.
Plaisance, Executive Vice President and C.F.O./Investment Officer
Charles is a native of Golden Meadow, LA. He is a graduate of South Lafourche High School in 1979 and Nicholls State University in 1983 holding a BS degree in Business Administration. Charles is also a graduate of the Louisiana Bankers Association School of Banking and the Graduate School of Banking of the South at Louisiana State University. He began his career at State Bank & Trust Company in 1984 starting as a note clerk.
Charles is a member of Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church having served as a member of the Church Pastoral Council. He is a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 9000 once serving as the council’s Recorder. Charles is a charter member of the South Lafourche Kiwanis Club, Treasurer of South Lafourche Dixie Youth Baseball and is a past director of Golden Meadow Biddy Basketball.
Joan Guidry, Vice President- Operations
Joan is a native and resident of Galliano, LA and is a 1971 graduate of South Lafourche High School. She began working for State Bank in 1970 as a COE (Co-operative Office Education) student/worker and continued with the bank after graduation. Joan has taken several American Institute of Banking courses and is a graduate of the Louisiana’s Bankers Association School of Supervisory Training at LSU. Joan has occupied several positions within the bank and is now in charge of Operations. Joan is actively involved in the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life held annually in Thibodaux.
Pauline C.
Cheramie, Vice President - Lending
Pauline is a resident of Golden Meadow and a 1979 graduate of South Lafourche High School. She began her career with State Bank & Trust Company in October 1979 as a note teller. Pauline has furthered her education in banking earning a General Banking Diploma from the American Institute of Banking.

Angela was born and raised in Grand Isle, LA. She is a 1989 graduate of South Lafourche High School. Since joining the bank in 1990 as a note teller she has furthered her education in banking having earned a General Banking Certificate from the American Institute of Banking. She has also completed the First National Bankers Bank/ McGlinchey Stafford Law Firm School of Compliance.
Angela is also a graduate of the Graduate School of
Banking of the South at Louisiana State University.
Kristie L.
Domangue, Assistant Vice President & Commercial Loan
Officer and Cut Off Branch Manager
Kristie is a native of Cut Off. She is a member of the 1985 South Lafourche High School graduating class and a graduate of Nicholls State University, earning a BS Degree in Management in 1991. She joined State Bank & Trust Company in 1998 as a Loan Production Officer. She has continued her banking education by taking a number of American Institute of Banking courses and attending several Louisiana Bankers Association seminars. Kristie is also a graduate of the Louisiana’s Bankers Association School of Supervisory Training at
LSU and the Graduate School of Banking at LSU.
Kristie is an active member of the Chamber of Lafourche and the Bayou Region. She is currently serving as a
Chairman of the Board for 2005 and has served on the board
for the last two years. She has also been a Chamber Ambassador.
She is a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She is also a board member of the Grand Isle Speckled Trout
Rodeo and currently serves as treasurer. Kristie
also serves on the Steering Committee for the South
Lafourche Relay for Life.

Mary M. Loupe, Galliano Branch Manager
Mary is a native of Larose and a 1973 graduate of South Lafourche High School. She began her employment with State Bank & Trust Company in 1982. Mary has completed several banking courses and seminars and is a graduate of the Louisiana’s Bankers Association School of Supervisory Training at
LSU.
Sharon Pedeaux,
Larose Branch Manager
Sharon is a native of Golden Meadow and a resident of
Mathews. She is a 1971 graduate of South Lafourche
High School. Sharon began her career at State Bank
in March 1997 as a teller. She has held several
positions at State Bank is is now the Larose Branch
Manager. Sharon has completed several American Institute
of Banking courses and seminars. Sharon is actively
involved with the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life
in the South Lafourche Area.
Stephen
J. Baudoin,
Mathews Branch Manager
Stephen is a
native and resident of Lockport, LA. A graduate of Holy
Savior High School, he obtained a Bachelor of Science
degree from Nicholls State University. He furthered his
professional education by graduating from the Louisiana
Banking Association’s School of Banking, and the
Graduate School of Banking of the South programs at
Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, LA. He is a past
a board member, President, Vice President Treasurer of the
Bayou Region Chapter of The Bank Administration Institute.
He also served as a member of the board and as secretary
of the Bayou Region Chamber of Commerce. Participation in
other civic organizations includes: Lockport Bull Frog
Club (Charter member and initial Treasure); Holy Savior
PTC (Treasure and Fair Finance Chairman); and Lockport
Rotary Club (past President, Vice President and
Secretary). Since 1987 he served on the Holy Savior
Elementary School Board as its Finance chairman. Stephen
is am member of the board of the Lafourche Council on
Aging, Inc. and has recently
has been appointed to serve on the Lafourche Parish
Council's Detention Center Improvement Sub Committee. He also holds a Louisiana Notary
Public commission.
CeCe R. Rome, Loan Officer
CeCe is a native of St. Louis, Missouri and a resident of Golden Meadow. CeCe is a 1977 graduate of Bishop Duborg High School and attended Merimac Community College in St. Louis. She joined the State Bank and Trust Company family in 1994 as a note teller and has advanced to her present position as a loan officer. She is a member of the Ladies of LaSalette at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in Golden Meadow.
Susan C. Terrebonne, Executive Secretary
Susan is a 1970 graduate of South Lafourche High School and a native of Cut Off. After attending Nicholls State University she began her career at the bank as a receptionist in April 1971. She has also completed several American Institute of Banking courses.
Susan is a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and is a volunteer Adult Advisor for the Sacred Heart Catholic Church Youth Group. She is also a member of the South Lafourche High School Band Booster Club holding the office of Secretary.
Wendy Cheramie, Internal Auditor/BSA Officer
Wendy was born and raised in Cut Off, LA. She is a 1985 graduate of South Lafourche High School and furthered her education at the University of Southwestern Louisiana (now ULL). She began her career at State Bank & Trust Company in 1988 as a receptionist before moving up to Customer Service Representative and Internal Auditor / BSA Officer.
Maureen Pagliughi,
Personnel Officer
Maureen began her employment with the bank as
Administrative Assistant in the Personnel
Department. Maureen is a lifelong resident of Golden
Meadow. She is actively involved in church and civic
organizations. Having taught Religious Education and
along with her husband as a Focus Team Facilitator
Couple. Maureen is a past member of the K.C. Auxiliary,
past co-chairperson of Our Lady of Prompt Succor altar
servers, past chairperson of the Bull Club Steak Supper
committee. She is currently a parent volunteer for
the Youth Group, and a member of the Friends of the Center
organization for the mentally and physically impaired
citizens of our community, serving as treasurer.
